There was just an issue with assembling it, it was leaking and they sent me a new one and replied very quick when I reached out which I appreciated a lot.This bidet is very easy to install. I did have a leak because the washer that was included was too small. I went to Lowe’s and purchased a 7/8” washer and fixed the problem!Was in dilemma if the product would be good as I ordered it for the first time but it was great and matched our decor .. very happy with the handle as it's soft..m double nozzles are good to haveWe've tried several different types of bidet attachments over the years, but my Mama prefers this one. Because it's not electric, you can't control the water temperature .... so you'll wake up in a HURRY if you turn it on "blast" on a cold winter morning! ... but our neighbor installed it very quickly. There haven't been any issues with leaks or dripping (which we have had with some other types).
