We had replaced the toilet in our house with a brand new American Standard toilet that we paid over $200.00 for at a big box store. A month later I was cleaning the toilet and noticed a hairline crack running the entire lenghth of the tank. It must have been overlooked when we installed it and had gotten more noticeable. Within a couple months the crack expanded and water was now dripping onto the floor. We were sick at the though of having to purchase another toilet to replace what we had just replaced 3 months before. We decided to check Amazon for a replacement toilet and came across this tank which is the exact one that we needed. We ordered it and it arrived within a couple days. We are beyond thankful that we didn't have to purchase a complete new toilet when the tank was all we needed. For a third of the price of a complete toilet, we now have a new working toilet again. Thank you Amazon!Tank was a 4021N as advertised and fit like the old tank. Arrived 5 days earlier than promised which was good. Kit did not include a tank to bowl seal or the nuts to attach to the commode. You can reuse the nuts from the old tank but I suggest getting a new tank to bowl seal, my old one was very nasty.It is working well. And also brings all the parts inside. Thanks.Researched how to DIY before purchasing. Ensured the dimensions were exact match to the cracked tankWould recommend.The tank I ordered was for a American Standard Cadet 3. The original tank leaked and the only way to correct was to replace the entire tank. What made it so easy was the tank came complete. Everything needed was already inside. The tank also came with all hardware needed to complete the installation. There were complete instructions included but I didn't need them. The installation took a minimum amount of time because everything was supplied.Easy install included everything needed. Works like new.Unable to fit our cadet toilet, very small compared to original product even when American Standard said it was the right item to purchase.This Tank would not fit My camode..It was 3" off. I had to drill holes to make it fit.
